To mark the end of an incredible Centenary year of Women’s Suffrage, you are invited to witness the remarkable and inspiring life of one of Leicester’s Leading Suffragettes Alice Hawkins bought to life in a spectacular video mapping projection show.

Philharmonia Virtual Orchestra in Leicester

The world renowned Philharmonia Orchestra has set-up their virtual orchestra in the ISKON Centre, 31 Granby Street Leicester. The Virtual Orchestra is a free experience for all the family that gives everyone the opportunity to experience a symphony orchestra up-close, no matter what your age or experience.

It is free and well worth a visit. Open until 17 November 2018.

The Art of Healthcare Exhibition

In partnership with De Montfort University, The Art of Healthcare Exhibition explores the connection between museums, learning and wellbeing. 

Featuring objects from our collection the exhibition provides a fascinating look into the progression of healthcare and the history of University Hospitals of Leicester.

From July 2018 to January 2019 Now extended to June 2019; Tuesday to Friday; 12:00 to 17:00 at the Heritage Centre, Hawthorn Building, De Montfort University.
