Macmillan Cancer Support – looking after someone with cancer

Macmillan Cancer Support aims to improve the lives of people affected by cancer by providing practical, medical, emotional and financial support.  Produces booklets on different types of cancer and on aspects of living with cancer.  There is also a section of their ‘online community’ forum for the friends and families of cancer patients.         

Macmillan also produce a range of information booklets for carers. These can be obtained in the Cancer Information Centre or direct from Macmillan:
