Sleep problems

Many people affected by cancer affected by cancer have trouble sleeping (insomnia), for lots of different reasons. They may have difficulty getting to sleep, staying asleep, or waking up feeling unrefreshed or tired.
If you are having trouble sleeping, there are things you can do that may help improve your sleep. The following information may be helpful.
