The HOPE course

The face-to-face HOPE courses at the University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) are currently on hold to allow staff to update with training.
The HOPE course – Help to Overcome Problems Effectively – is a health and lifestyle coaching course to support people after their cancer treatment. It is a licensed self-management programme developed by Coventry University and Macmillan Cancer Support. Each course takes place over 6 weeks in weekly 2½ hour sessions.
