The Primary Care Dermatology Society is committed to providing high quality educational material for General Practitioners. Their excellent website is regularly updated and provides advice on diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin conditions. It is free to access. They also provide regular courses on general dermatology, skin surgery and dermatoscopy. Please click on the link below:

The UHL Dermatology Forum is a local educational meeting provided by the UHL dermatology team for GPs and GP trainees. The content is primary care focused and there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The meetings are held approximately every 2 months at the Marriott Hotel in Leicester and are free to attend. The Leicester Dermatology Conference is held annually at the Leicester Tigers Stadium. It is a full day event with a variety of speakers from the UHL Dermatology team. It is aimed at GPs, GP trainees, Nurse Practitioners and Dermatology Nurses.

There is charge for attending.
