Diet and Nutrition

Our Nutrition and Dietetics Service provides advice on therapeutic and special diets for individuals, carers and patient groups, in order to diagnose and treat conditions such as food allergies, metabolic diabetes and renal disease.

Registered dieticians (RDs) translate scientific information about food into practical dietary advice. As well as providing impartial advice about nutrition and health, dieticians also advise about food related problems and treat disease and ill health.

Our service provides specialist help to alleviate symptoms from liver disease, cystic fibrosis and gastrointestinal disease.  Find out more on our website below.
