About Me:

Miss Allen is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Leicester General Hospital. 

Miss Allen’s practice encompasses all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, including arthroscopic surgery (including arthrodesis fusion), deformity correction, rheumatoid forefoot reconstruction, soft tissue and tendon disorders and sports injuries.

She has a particular interest in neurological deformities of the foot and ankle and hind foot arthrodesis (fusion).  She performs all forms of forefoot surgery, including complex revision surgery and much of the work she undertakes can be performed under local and regional anaesthesia to avoid the need for a general anaesthetic.

Ms Allen's special clinical interests include arthroscopic ankle surgery, neurological disorders of the foot and ankle, foot deformity (including bunions), rheumatoid foot and ankle surgery and sports injuries.
