Homecare at UHL
University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust have a dedicated homecare team who work alongside your clinical team and external providers to deliver a high quality service for the delivery of your specialist medication (plus any associated ancillaries and / or nurse requirements) to your specified address. You can find out more about the Pharmacy Homecare team in the Summer 2019 edition of Together magazine (pages 14-15).
The team can be contacted on 0116 258 4476 / 4477 (between 9-5pm Monday- Friday). Outside these hours, the on-call pharmacist can be contacted via switchboard (0300 303 1573). Please also read and retain any contact and medication information provided for you by the homecare provider and your clinical team.
Please contact the homecare team if you are experiencing problems with your homecare service. Our team will endeavour to resolve the issues on your behalf.
