The Emergency Department has separate adults’ and children’s entrances and waiting areas.
You can access the Adults’ Emergency Department from Aylestone Road. There is a 20 minute drop-off zone outside the main entrance, or you can use the multi-storey car park on Havelock Street. Please follow the signs. You can also watch this video about what to expect.
The Children’s Emergency Department entrance is completely separate and can be found on Infirmary Square.
