Come to our Cancer Health and Wellbeing Event – Postponed

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, the Cancer Health and Wellbeing event due to take place on 27 September at Leicestershire County Cricket Club has been postponed. An international cricket event which is taking place 23 September-1 October means venue is now unavailable. 

Our Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Centre team are looking forward to welcoming patients, families and carers to the rescheduled event on 12 March 2024.

People living with and beyond cancer, along with their families and carers are invited to find out more about support and guidance that is available to them at an upcoming event.

The Cancer Health and Wellbeing event has been organised by the Macmillan Cancer Information and Support team at Leicester’s Hospitals.

The drop-in event takes place on Wednesday 27 September from 10am-3pm at Leicestershire County Cricket Club.

There will be a range stalls on the day offering information and guidance to attendees as well as free raffles throughout the day with prizes such as gym memberships and bowling vouchers.

You’ll also be able to ask questions to colleagues from our Macmillan Cancer Information and Support team. Parking is free but is limited and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Macmillan are also handing our goodie bags to the first 100 attendees.
