Doctors strike - Information for patients (11-15 August)

Disruption is likely to be caused by forthcoming industrial action across the NHS from 11-15 August. We are wholly focussed on minimising disruption and providing safe care to all who need it. 

The public can help by calling 999 in a life-threatening emergency or 111 for non-life threatening care. GPs will remain open and local pharmacists can help with minor ailments.

Anyone with a hospital appointment should continue to attend as planned unless they have been contacted to rearrange. We apologise to anyone whose care has been disrupted during this period.
