Road closures affecting access to Leicester Royal Infirmary

Due to a serious road traffic collision, Welford Road and Aylestone Road are both currently closed in the vicinity of the Leicester Royal Infirmary Emergency Department. Access for emergency services is being maintained. Police diversions are in place. If you are attending the LRI today for an appointment or for work, please allow additional time for your journey. We will post further updates as soon as possible.
