Lee Bond, Chief Financial Officer

Lee was appointed as UHL’s Chief Financial Officer in September 2024. He previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive at the NHS Humber Health Partnership, which includes the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. He led the finance function of the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System from 2019 to 2021. 

Lee has also held senior financial positions at trusts including Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and the East Midlands Strategic Health Authority. He is a current trustee and former president of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
