Annual General Meetings

An annual general meeting, commonly abbreviated to AGM, also known as the annual public meeting (APM) is a meeting that all NHS organisations are required to hold.

Our APM is held in September every year, giving us the opportunity to report to our members and local people about :-

  • our performance

  • how we managed our budget from the previous financial year

  • our future plans

Copies of our annual report and accounts are available at the meeting and the public get the opportunity to ask questions regarding our services and the direction we will take in the future.
