Quality Accounts

From April 2010, all providers of acute, mental health, learning disability and ambulance services have been required to produce a quality account.

A quality account is a report about the quality of services provided by an NHS healthcare service. The report is published annually by each NHS provider and available to the public.

The regulations state that quality accounts must be published by 30th June each year following the end of the reporting period. They should be published electronically on NHS Choices. A copy is also sent to the Secretary of State.

A hard copy of our Quality Account is available upon request by contacting the Director of Clinical Quality, by telephone 0116 258 8718 or by email
