Doctors in Training Committee

The Doctors in Training Committee (DiTC) is a network of junior doctors who connect, communicate and colaborate.

The committee has Trust-wide representation of differing grades and specialties, meeting bi-monthly, and as the DiTC Chair and Vice-Chair have direct contact with the Medical Director, Director of Medical Education and Medical HR, has given junior doctors in our Trust a collective voice, providing a valuable and organised means of engaging with senior colleagues.

Most recently, the DiTC has been actively involved in designing processes to improve patient care; e.g. Electronic Handover, Electronic Patient Records and a Working Party on Acting on Results.

For more information please contact the DiTC by email.
