Recognising people often want to work highly flexible working days or hours either in the short or long term we offer ‘As and When’ working through our Staff Bank.
We offer work for Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants plus Administrative and Clerical staff across a wide range of areas and specialities.
As you can imagine with such a large NHS Trust we have a huge demand every day of the week across Leicester for people to work!
We fully support your work / life balance needs so if you want to work we will have something for you, and if you don’t want to work one week or month that’s fine too!
Once on our Staff Bank you can look for work from home on-line using your account! So if you want to work tomorrow, next week or next month you can simply look for shifts regardless if it’s in the middle of the night or during the day - our systems are ready and waiting to help you find work at the time that suits you!
During your time on the Staff Bank, our corporate education team will support you throughout with training and development.
Bank workers are only obliged to work on a request basis and that a minimum of one shift must be worked every 12 months to maintain their bank post.
