Understandably, our wards are very busy at the moment but you are still able to get in touch with your loved ones through WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime and Skype.

You can do this by using our free patient WiFi.

Should you need to cancel/amend an appointment please email: bookingcentre@uhl-tr.nhs.uk or contact the booking centre through the online form

If you have any questions about booking, cancelling or re-arranging an appointment or if you have any questions about visiting times on any of our wards, would like to volunteer your time or help fundraising, just call our Switchboard Team and they will be happy to redirect your call.

Our PALS Opening times are currently Monday to Friday 9.00 until 15.30 (however if you leave a message we will contact you the following working day).
