Understandably, our wards are very busy at the moment but you are still able to get in touch with your loved ones through WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime and Skype.

You can do this by using our free patient WiFi.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we have been advised by NHS England and NHS Improvement to ‘pause’ the NHS complaints process which will allow us to concentrate our efforts on the front-line duties and responsiveness to COVID-19. This is an unprecedented action required by the whole NHS due to the exceptional pressures we are facing at this time.

We are able to log your complaint or concern and this will then remain open until further notice or until you should choose to withdraw your complaint. We are genuinely sorry that we are unable to investigate your complaint/concern at this time. We will regularly review the overall position to decide when it would be right to re-start our work.

If you have any questions about booking, cancelling or re-arranging an appointment or if you have any questions about visiting times on any of our wards, would like to volunteer your time or help fundraising, just call our Switchboard Team and they will be happy to redirect your call.
