About TrustMed 

TrustMed is the hospital outpatient pharmacies, managed by Pharmacy Services at Leicester’s Hospitals. Our team are a competent and highly-trained team of pharmacists, dispensers and technicians who have patient safety and quality of services at heart. Our work is patient-focused to ensure we provide high quality customer and patient experience through our safe, effective and professional services. 

Our waiting times for over 95% of prescriptions is less than 20 minutes.

• We dispense all white outpatient prescriptions issued in clinics (please note - we do not dispense green FP10 prescriptions)
  
• We sell medicines
  
• We counsel on medicines and provide advice.

Monday to Friday

9:00am – 6:00pm

TrustMed Pharmacy is located via the main entrance, turn left onto the main corridor, opposite the Radiology department.

Private consultation rooms

At Leicester Royal Infirmary and Leicester General Hospital we now have private consultation room available for anyone who would like to speak with one of our pharmacists about anything they wish in confidence.
