Patient Information and Liaison Service (PILS)

At Leicester Hospitals we value all feedback as a positive and valuable opportunity to improve the service we provide.

"We therefore thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experiences and for giving us the opportunity to respond"

As part of the visiting restrictions in our hospitals, it is not possible to meet our Patient Information and Liaison Service face-to-face in order to raise a concern or complaint.

We still want to hear from you so if you want to make a complaint or raise a concern please contact us in one of the following alternative ways listed below.

We are also currently unable to offer meetings as a form of resolution for your complaint but we are working hard to review options on how we can re-introduce meetings safely.
