Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we have taken an Executive decision to ‘pause’ the NHS complaints process which will allow us to concentrate our efforts on the front-line duties and responsiveness to COVID-19. This is an unprecedented action required by us to the exceptional pressures we are facing at this time.

We are able to log your complaint or concern and this will then remain open until further notice or until you should choose to withdraw your complaint. We are genuinely sorry that we are unable to investigate your complaint/concern at this time. We will regularly review the overall position to decide when it would be right to re-start our work.

Our Opening times are currently Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm (however if you leave a message we will contact you the following working day).
