Contact us - Patient Information and Liaison Service (PILS)

As part of the visiting restrictions in our hospitals, it is not possible to meet our Patient Information and Liaison Service face-to-face in order to raise a concern or complaint.

We still want to hear from you so if you want to make a complaint or raise a concern please contact us in one of the following alternative ways listed below.

We are also currently unable to offer meetings as a form of resolution for your complaint but we are working hard to review options on how we can re-introduce meetings safely.

Whether you have a query, concern, need some information or wish to make a formal complaint about any of the services provided by the University Hospitals of Leicester our Patient Safety and Complaints officers are available to help.

We will liaise with hospital staff, internal departments and other relevant organisations to resolve any concerns or issues you have raised as quickly as possible.

We can also advise you about how to make a formal complaint about our service should you feel that we have not provided the appropriate support.
