The Friends and Family Test is a nationally set question
which asks you to think about your experience of care by
enquiring:

Thinking about our ward...overall, how was your experience of our service?

The scores displayed will always be 4 - 6 weeks old,
as validation and reporting to NHS England is required
prior to publishing.
